Mission curry in metal can "classic

CHF 15.80

Since 1955, the Basel Mission has regularly imported this special mix from Kerala (southwest India) to Basel. The recipe is an invention of the Swiss teacher Hanna Frey. She traveled to the southwest of India in 1928 in the service of the Basel Mission and continued to build up the already existing women's work in the mission there. In the process, she came up with the mixture of the famous "mission curry", with which the women could earn their living. After Hanna Frey returned to Switzerland in 1963, Nancy Nelliaden, an Indian woman, continued to lead the curry team. At an advanced age, Miss Nancy recorded the recipe in writing for the first time. Today, the ingredients are listed on the package insert. With your purchase you support the producers in Kerala.

An additional CHF 10 will be charged for postage and packaging. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to Germany for customs reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
