Tobias Brandner, international staff member of Mission 21, reports in his new newsletter on the mood in Hong Kong, already tested by the SARS pandemic of 2002\/2003.
In the second part of the newsletter, he lets us look behind the walls of prisons in Southeast Asia. As a chaplain and researcher, he gets very close to the detainees and can therefore tell us about how they live \"a bit of normality in an abnormal place.<\/p>\n
