Daniel Gloor describes his new work permit as the \"biggest Easter present\". He had already applied for it in October 2016. After more than two years and countless phone calls and visits to the authorities, he now has it in his hands.<\/p>\n

Dr. Wilfred, director at STS until April 2019, has been personally involved in moving the approval process forward. This is a sign of how much Daniel Gloor's commitment is valued locally. It is important to him to promote critical thinking and questioning. With his lectures in Christian congregations in Sabah, he wants to support the local churches in finding their own theological identity.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, however, Daniel Gloor's classes cannot take place. For example, if the electricity suddenly fails during an evening class. Then they pray together and the class continues the next day. Daniel Gloor says: \"I love this life as a lecturer and student. It is the best life God could have given me.\" Read more about this life in the newsletter:<\/p>\n

Daniel Gloor had to wait two years for his new work permit for Malaysia. Freed from this worry, the international co-worker of Mission 21 can now teach more carefree at the STS theological college in Sabah.
