They live together with their daughter Alma (7) in the capital San Jos\u00e9. Simone Dollinger is the coordinator for the theological area of Mission 21's Latin America program, Angel Rom\u00e1n is a lecturer in theology and coordinator for research and networking at the <em>Universidad B\u00edblica Latinoamericana<\/em> (UBL).<\/p>\n<p>In their first newsletter, they report on their arrival, the organizational skills they needed to settle in and their new place of work.
