What is the peace-building potential of art in inter- and transcultural dialogue? How does art contribute to understanding and peaceful coexistence? Beyond clichés and stereotypes, the symposium "FriedensKunst" addresses how art can be used to connect people and not to divide them.
Presentations by renowned experts will elaborate on the basics of the topic. Practice-oriented workshops by experts in the afternoon will discuss selected aspects of the conference topic. The conference is aimed at all interested persons.
