Domestic and sexual violence affects one in four women in Indonesia. When one’s own home is no longer safe, a quick and straightforward refuge is needed.
The Shelter Pasundan Durebang In Bandung (on the island of Java), it provides women and their children with safe emergency shelter and psychosocial support. Supported by the Evangelical Reformed Pasundan Church (GKP), a dedicated team works to ensure that survivors of violence receive immediate care and can develop new prospects in a safe environment.
With a donation of CHF 50, you can help provide emergency care for about two weeks:
- Safe emergency shelter: A safe place to sleep at the shelter for 14 days.
- Daily Meals: Three balanced meals a day.
- Basic Hygiene Supplies: Essential personal care products for daily use, such as soap, dental care products, and menstrual products.
- Initial on-site consultation: A safe space for psychosocial discussions and planning next steps.
Your donation will go directly to this conservation program, where it will be used for its intended purpose.
