Spiritualitäten und Kulturen zu Umweltgerechtigkeit und Friedensförderung
Frieden ist eine zerbrechliche Pflanze. Menschen und Gemeinschaften auf der ganzen Welt sind sich bewusst, wie sehr er geschützt und gepflegt werden muss. Dies gilt für den Frieden, der innerhalb von Gesellschaften und zwischen Nationen angestrebt wird – der aber nur allzu oft verletzt wird.
Es gilt aber auch für die Erde und die natürlichen Elemente, die verbraucht, geschädigt und ausgebeutet werden, ohne auf ihre Integrität zu achten und ohne die Auswirkungen dieser Ausbeutung auf die heutigen und zukünftigen Generationen zu berücksichtigen. Langsam kommt die Menschheit zu der Einsicht, dass der Frieden auf Erden eng mit dem Frieden mit der Erde verbunden ist.
Ermutigung für neue Wege zu einem umfassenden Frieden
Mythen, religiöse Traditionen, Weltanschauungen, Spiritualitäten, Wissen und umweltbewusste Lebensstile, die von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben werden, enthalten kraftvolle Gegenerzählungen zu einer anthropozentrischen Sicht auf die Natur: Die Erde, ihre natürlichen Elemente, die Menschen und alle Lebewesen bilden ein zusammenhängendes Ökosystem. Die Schaffung von Frieden mit Gerechtigkeit stellt daher eine ganzheitliche, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ökologische Verantwortung dar.
Die Ausgabe 2025 des Internationalen Forums für Interreligiöse und Transkulturelle Friedensförderung lädt die Teilnehmenden ein, sich auf eine faszinierende Reise einzulassen. Eine Reise, um Frieden und Umweltgerechtigkeit durch die Brille verschiedener Religionen und Kulturen zu entdecken. Indigene Stimmen, die oftmals nicht gehört werden, werden das Gespräch durch ihr Denken und ihre Ansätze zum Handeln bereichern. Das Forum wird viele Anregungen bieten für alle, die interessiert sind, neue Wege des Friedens – mit allen Lebewesen und der Erde – zu beschreiten.

This implies that we come from different backgrounds and various cultural understandings. We ask you to be aware of this diversity, accept different points of view and engage in a respectful manner. The aim of the International Forum on Interfaith and Transcultural Peacebuilding is to learn, discuss and exchange about the topics at hand within a broad and diverse group of participants. The event is open for an international audience. Consequently, Mission 21 does not necessarily know every individual participant. Therefore, we ask you to share your contact details with caution. If you do not feel comfortable or if there is an incident with another participant, please report this to us. You may turn off your sound and video anytime.
Terms and Conditions
The International Forum on Interfaith and Transcultural Peacebuilding aims at exchange and networking. By attending it, you confirm that you will behave in a respectful and tolerant manner towards other participants, administrators and speakers. Verbal attacks, discrimination, sexism or racism will not be tolerated and may lead to exclusion from the event and legal consequences. The same applies to the publication of advertisements or offensive content (pornography, violence, etc.).
For publication purposes, parts of the Forum may be captured in pictures and video recording. Those who wish to have their images excluded from publication are kindly asked to notify the organisers in advance. With your registration you have accepted Mission 21’s Privacy Policy.
