Corona Update on South Sudan

The deputy director of the aid and development organization PRDA in South Sudan, Tut Mai Nguoth speaks of an "eerie and worrying" situation, because health care is very poor. For example, there are only 10 ventilators in the entire country.

Mission 21's coordinator in South Sudan, Bernard Suwa, fears dire consequences for the population: "It is hard for all of us. It's especially bad for the many poverty-stricken people. Many have no money to stock food or even buy a bottle of disinfectant!"
