The Climate Alliance Switzerland is a broad alliance of over 100 civil society organizations, including NGOs and churches. Its members advocate for the implementation of the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement, and thus for climate justice and the preservation of our livelihoods. Member and partner organizations cover the fields of environment, development, churches, youth, trade unions and consumer protection, among others. Mission 21 was unanimously accepted as a member by the General Assembly of the Climate Alliance.

Mission 21 is committed to a just world within the framework of the UN Agenda 2030. This includes a commitment to climate justice. Mission 21 strengthens its partner churches and partner organizations in the global South so that they can counter the consequences of climate change. We are active in peacebuilding and conflict resolution - and we are involved in Switzerland with our educational offerings to convey global connections to adults and young people.
