Mission 21 participates with Giving Tuesday campaign

For the sixth time, Switzerland is part of this global movement. Giving Tuesday offers the wonderful opportunity to make the world a little bit better. Mission 21 is participating this year with a project to promote education for vulnerable children in Tanzania. Many children and youth live in precarious conditions. More than one million children grow up without parents due to the consequences of HIV and AIDS.

With your help, disadvantaged children and young people are given the chance to attend school or complete an apprenticeship. Furaha was able to complete his training as a mechanic and is now the proud owner of a car repair shop. But in addition to schooling, the project gives the children much more: "The project staff took care of us and gave us the love we were lacking," says Furaha, who lost his parents when he was eight years old.

Every donation helps to ensure that children in Tanzania can look forward to a happier future.
